Featuring thick 1/2" padding, this sparring gear shin instep guard helps to prevent damage to your shin and instep during sparring matches. Covers the top of the shin to the bottom of the instep (mid-foot), right above the mid-foot section. Furthermore, your shin and instep are different from other shin and insteps, so this shin instep guard will fit and mold to the shape of your shin and instep because of its elastic material. The most ideal for covering your shin instep area or leg area during sparring.

Elastic cloth material is great because it lets you wash the gear after sparring. Washing the elastic cloth will not retard its original shape because of the special blend used to manufacture this sparring gear.
