The rebrekable board is padded on both sides for beter protection when in use, the double locking hoops make it possible to rebreak this board over and over again without lossing resistance. Each color represents a different difficult level, red being the lowest level of difficulty and black being the highest level of difficulty which is equivalent resistance to a 1" pine board.
